Lost & Found 
Lost & Found items can be located at the Sheriff's/Possee Building located at the North End of the Fairgrounds and also at the Allen County Fair Administration Building.
 
Red Cross 
 Located on the West End of the Ag & Fine Arts Building and Youth Activities Building.
 
Restrooms/Showers/Diaper Changing Stations/Family Restroom 
Showers are located at the following Restrooms: Campground Restroom; Midway Restroom; Horse Barn Restroom
A Family Restroom is located at the Show Arena   
Diaper Changing Stations are located at the following Restrooms:  Grandstand (Women's); Show Arena Family Restroom; Midway Restroom;
  Campground Restroom (Women's);  Youth Activities Building (Women's);
  Merchant Building (Women's); Horse Barn Restrooms 
 
Restrictions 
For the safety of all visitors, the following restrictions (including, but not limited to the following items) are enforced during the fair at the Allen County Fairgrounds: 
NO DOGS except for dogs used as seeing-eye dogs and dogs entered in a show. 
NO LASER POINTERS. 
NO CATS OR EXOTIC PETS.  

NO SMALL MOTORIZED VEHICLES, such as (but not limited to) golf carts, 3-wheelers, or 4-wheelers without prior authorization from the Fair Manager. Wheelchairs and handicap-type carts are not restricted.  

NO VEHICLES, including CARS, TRUCKS, MOTORCYCLES, MOPEDS, BICYCLES, and NON-HANDICAP SCOOTERS allowed in the midway section of the fair while the midway is operating, without the permission of the Fair Manager. Vehicles must be parked in appropriate designated parking areas. This does not apply to emergency or fire vehicles.

The Allen County Agricultural Society shall not assume responsibility of any accident, injury, damages, illness, death, or any other casualty that may occur on the fairgrounds to any exhibit, concession, contestant, entry, individual, general public, vehicle, or property, but shall use to the best of its availability all resources of safety and protection in order to safeguard the public.

 Located at the North End of the Fairgrounds
 
Telephones 
Publice telephonse are NOT available on the Fairgrounds.  Due to the high cell phone usage in the area, the phone company has removed them. 
 
Wheelchair Rentals/Scooters 
Wheelchair rentals are available in the Masonic Rest Tent located at the Northeast end of the fairgrounds near the exhibits building.  Rental is daily with a valid drivers license.
